TO INITIATE A RETURN, PLEASE EMAIL INFO@AMONGTHEPRIME.COM TO REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. 

AMONG THE PRIME ALLOWS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ORDER DELIVERY DATE. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND UNWASHED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ANY RETURN. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN DELAY THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN. RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY CUSTOMER.

EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR OF THE ORIGINAL STYLE ORDERED AS LONG AS THAT ITEM IS IN STOCK. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE, PLEASE RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR A STORE CREDIT REFUND AND PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE STYLE YOU WOULD LIKE. EXCHANGE SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY AMONG THE PRIME. ONLY ONE EXCHANGE SHIPMENT PER ORDER WILL BE COVERED BY AMONG THE PRIME. 

A FULL STORE CREDIT REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IMMEDIATELY UPON THE ARRIVAL AND INSPECTION OF YOUR RETURN. YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT CODE FOR FUTURE PURCHASES.  

RECEIPTS MUST BE PRESENT IN ORDER TO PROCESS A FULL STORE CREDIT REFUND. 

IF AMONG THE PRIME DETERMINES THAT ANY PRODUCTS ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, A STORE CREDIT REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE GRANTED AND THE ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
